Does Access have an equivalent to Excels Vlookup

Can anyone tell me how I can design a query which will take a date from an invoice in one table and then lookup a table of price changes and choose the appropriate price. This is so that I can keep a table of prices which only has the changes and the date of the changes so that I run scenarios on alternative prices.
