Does a 15-tab index divider template exist?

In Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels, choose Labels |
Options. With "Avery standard" selected as the label type, scroll down to
Ready Index 15 - Tabs. Alternatively, the product probably comes with
instructions for setting up a label definition or creating a template.
