Does 32bit hardware working in 64bit PC?

I have an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ PC. When ever I try to
install my wireless NIC I get "Device Could Not Start
(Code 10). I'm positive that I've installed it correctly
and I've updated everything, including flashing my bios.
I know the card works in my older PC (AMD Athlon 2100+).
This leads me to believe that maybe there is a problem
with the 64bit part of my new PC! Could my problem be
that my Belkin NIC was only designed to work under 32 bit?

Unless your using the 64bit version of windows
you don't need 64bit drivers. If you are using a 64bit version
of XP I've found drivers on www.planetamd64.com but
you have to register. Also search on google or ask in the
groups Carey posted. I would also disable anything on the
board I wasn't using like onboard NICs.
