I'm getting a window of Documents and Settings\my username on startup. Can
someone tell me how to get rid of it?

Thanks.

This is usually caused by incorrectly formatted startup entry.

Download Startup Tracker application from this page:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_starttrack.htm

Launch the program, and click the "View log" button. Post the contents of
the log file here.

Ramesh,

Thanks for the help. This may not be enough information because registry
runs and startups are being managed by StartRight. I can restore everything
back to the way it was, though, if necessary.

I copied this information right off of the window - hope that's all right.

Steve,

Yes, please do. Or if you can post the startup listings from the
"StartRight" utility itself.

Ramesh,

I used a button in StartRight to "restore" all managed startup/run programs
to the way they were before StartRight started manageing them. Then, for
some odd reason, I pushed the "re-install" button in StartRight to see what
it would do. Actually, everything ran fine on startup after that. From my
memory of messing with this program, I think maybe the actual "runonce"
entries for StartRight were screwed up.

Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Steve
