documentation for IE high security settings

Hello NG,

does anyone know where I can find a clear docunetation of the behavior
of IE with security settings set to "high"? I'm especially interested in
it's behavior with cookies in that setting (does it accept cookies at
all?) but also would need a whole documentation of all sttings made by
this the mentioned security setting.
