This is driving me nuts. A few weeks ago I created a memo, and since it was to be used once I did not save it. For some reason though this memo appears when I open Word (as Document2). To make matters worse, when I send an email from outlook or reply to an email, this same memo populates itself in the text. So each time I open Word or send an email, I must first delete this text.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

In addition to Doug's advice, which will resolve the memo issue, the
Document2 issue is caused by orphaned temp files so you must attend to these
