This is driving me nuts. A few weeks ago I created a memo, and since it was to be used once I did not save it. For some reason though this memo appears when I open Word (as Document2). To make matters worse, when I send an email from outlook or reply to an email, this same memo populates itself in the text. So each time I open Word or send an email, I must first delete this text.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom
