Are you familiar with any product or feature that can
enrich the text and wording of an existing word document ?
I mean not only spell or grammer check but a tool that
can make the document look more proffesional.

Thanks in advance,

Erez

You mean substitute fifty-cent words for nickel words? I don't think so. If
you want to look like a fool, you can use the built-in thesaurus, but you
*are* a fool if you allow a thesaurus to do anything more than remind you of
words you already know.

The whole point of a document is to communicate something to others. As long
as your document text is clear and to the point, why would you want to change
it? People would far rather read something that is simple to understand than
something that has long words just for the h*ll of it.

If you are writing a report for management, then write it in the style that
makes you comfortable. If they want long words or jargon then let them take
the time and effort to change the terminology to the usual meaningless
management cliches.
