Document recovery file will not open or save as

Is it possible that the recovered file went corrupt? If so is there a way to
salvage the file?
 
I can see the pp10.pcb file which is the document recovery file but don't
know what app that I can open it with.
 
Thank you... I was trying every possibility... The doc recovery pain shows
the file as available it just won't let me open or save as.

That's weird. I'd suggest giving up on the doc recovery pane and going with
some of the options described in the FAQ that Sonia pointed you to.

Have you tried selecting the thumbnail of the recovery file and then clicking on
open? I can't test it here.

Have you tried just opening PowerPoint and going to File > Open and opening
your presentation file?
