Document Properties Protection

How do i protect the properties of a document from being modified from
another user?
For "document properties" i mean "Author", "Title", ecc. What i need is that
noone can modify these fields in the word document.

Can't be done. Even if you protect the properties, there'd be nothing to
stop a user copying the content of your original document into a new one,
with the properties set as they wanted. There really is no such thing as a
secure electronic document.

No matter for me if someone copy the properties in a new file ecc., i'd only
like to protect the properties of a document from being modified, only this.
