Hi,

I have a document where there are inserted som pictures. If I open it with
my user they are blank, only a frame around it. If I open the same
document as another user everything opens fine. I have reinstalled Office
2003, installed latest Office servicepack. No difference. Where can I look
or reset all settings of my user.

No, it was already cleared. There are something strange, in the box there
is this little red cross showing image is missing. But why is it not like
that when I log in as another user on the same computer, then the document
is ok. It must be some kind of user settings, but I dont know what.

Maybe I have to recreate my user.

Thanks! My solution was not mentioned there but it put me on the track of
it.

The solution is that I have chenged the folder for Temporary Internet
Files in IE(!). I changed it back to default location and voila, it works.

How the tempfolder-path in IE is linked to Word is very strange but with
MS eveerything is possible.

Thanks again!
