Document Map ?

Hello,

I am trying to organize a rather large MS Word document (policy manual)
using Word 2002. Each section of the document begins with a table (that
lists the policy title and policy number). I have tried applying a heading
format to the text within the table but it does not appear in the document
map. The other heading text (outside of tables) works fine. Any ideas on
how I can fix this or a workaround? Thanks!

This is a problem in Word, and the only possibility is to put the heading
outside the table...
