Document is not readable after recovering system

After recovering the system, the documents which is important to me are not
readable. word is opening an encoding box but all the encoding bar couldn't
show the text in the right way. It is important to kno that all the documents
are written in Arabic...

I just had to reinstall my system, too. If your basic setup is in
English, did you be sure to turn on Arabic capabilities either during
the install process or afterward in Control Panel > Regional &
Language Options?
