Document in word with no margins wont print

I am trying to print a document that is 4.25 x 11 with little or no
margins.... it shows up on the screen, but does not print but half the
page... help!
 
Word will not print to page sizes that the printer driver will not allow. It
can thus be weak with custom page sizes, and will almost certainly not print
to the edge of the paper. A partial solution is to set up the layout on a
standard page size and constrain the print area with margins to match your
paper. You will still be unable to print to one edge and top of the page.
