'Document failed to print' error msg on XP

If you did not disconnect the printer while actually upgrading to Windows
XP, you quite likely have incorrect printer drivers installed.

I hav upgraded 2 XP and i cant print..i get the error
msg 'Document failed to print'..tried everythin..sum1 plz
