document about mswmm project format

I'd like to know the structure of mswmm project format.
Is there any document describes that? Can I write a C
program to read the mswmm? Better yet, is there any
utiltiy that I can convert mswmm back-and-forth between
xml and its native project format?

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

WMM2 at this point seems to be pretty much a marketing tool. It won't run
on Win2003 server, has a very limited API, can't be extended by
third-parties (to add direct DVD/VCD burning), etc. It clearly isn't as
mature as other other widely available Microsoft products (such as Office or
Visual Studio).
