DoCmd.Sendobject errol

Hi

I am trying to DoCmd.Sendobject to email an access form
but get the error:

"Microsoft VBScript Runtime error: Object
Required 'DoCmd'"

Any Ideas would be appreciated
 
Open the VBE Window (Ctrl - G). Select Tools > References. If any are marked
as missing delete them, close the references screen, reopen it and replace
the reference.
 
Ah, I see. I'm not very familiar with DAPs... perhaps someone else will take
this up and see what's up with it.
 
I believe that from a DAP you will need to use the command for sending a
form similar to what FrontPage would use. It is a web command sent to the
SMTP server used by the web server. For more information, you may have
better luck at the microsoft.public.access.dataaccess.pages newgroup.

Thaks for your reply. I did tr that before without much
success as when you open the DAP to edit it it takes
straight into access. The sendobject according to Help
and MS should allow the sendng of data acess pages as
well.

I wouldn't rely too heavily on what Help tells you. You should take a look
into what Wayne suggested and, perhaps, post your problem to one of the
FrontPage newsgroups
