Do you know how to fix error 552 5.3.4?

In Outlook I can't send messages with pictures. I get the error message 552
5.3.4 a message size of 8194 KB exceeds the size limit of 8192 KB computed
for this transaction
 
This sounds like a server issue - your provider won't let you send messages
that big. You need to send smaller files.
