do not have access permissions

Hi,
I have been having trouble opening outlook 2003 so I have run the .pst
repair tool. This has repaired outlook and it now opens but I can not
receive any emails as I get the message that I do not have the correct
permissions. Please why is this happening and how can I rectify it? I am
using XP Pro SP2 with outlook 2003 on my desk top without a connection to
any server.

Also when I click on the arrow next to the send/receive button it doesn't
show my 4 individual POP3 accounts that are set up. I have deleted one of
the accounts and set it up again but still it does not show.

Please, any thoughts would be great.

You may want to try to create a new profile and setup the e-mail accounts
again and test the send/recieve. If this works then import the recovered
..pst data into the new profile.
