I have a pc with Windows XP home edition. It recently has started to not boot
up properly and other times switches off. We have been told it needs XP
reinstalled as some part of it is missing and this is why it is doing wierd
things.
Anyway we do not have a disc although I do have the sticker on my pc with
the activation key. I remember it being set up by the company we bought it
from and I dont remember getting a disc. Should I have a disc?
I am wondering wether I should just buy a new pc as this is driving me crazy.
Is there some kind of check you can run to see If all is well?
Apologies in advance as I am a novice.
