do i have a built in microphone?

hi im quiet new with this computer so im learning about it very slowly but i
have a problem and i wonder if anyone can help... can anyone tell me if there
is a built in microphone in my computer i was told that i should have but its
not working and i have no idea where to look ... any suggestions would be
great thx

What is the underlying issue? No sound? You're best bet is to contact
the tech support for your computer.
 
you would probably have a connection in your tower or you could probably use
the usb port but first you will have to buy a microphone and plug it in, use
the color to locate the connection port.
 
Most new computers have an input microphone and output socket for
headset. Just looking at the two holes should tell you that. Headset
is recognisable while microphone has a U shaped picture.

Go find whoever told you that you had one, and ask HIM where it is. He is
the one who said it was there after all, not one of us.
 
The microphone is on the front of his face. Those things on each side of
his head are earphones.
