My PC DVD drive does not recognize the Do Amazing Thins
DVD. The msg is : insert disk


My Computer: Dell 8250 Pentium III
Two Drives D & E

I updated from Windows XP Home to XP Professional

First question - are you sure the drive in your Dell is a DVD drive
and not just a CD drive? Or is it a shared drive (DVD/CD)?

Does that particular DVD work in another DVD drive?
