Is it possible to have more than DNS server (ie.
secondary/backup) in an AD domain.

We need to secondary DNS server to mirror the primary DNS
server.

Hi Sean,

Yes this is possible and moreover it is recommended. You should use Active
Directory Integrated Zones and install DNS on at least 2 of your Domain
Controllers. If you want to have a secondary zone on a DNS server that is
not a DC you can create a secondary zone.
