DNS problems

When I go to roboot my DNS server after doing updates my DNS server
will not strat up automatically. It is set up to automatically startup
but it doesn't. If any one has any idea on how to fix this please let
me know.

Newman,

When a service like DNS Server doesn't start properly, one of the first places
to look for diagnostics is the Event Viewer.

Well I did that and it isn't giveing me and errors or anything. Thats
what I thought look in event vierwer and it should tell me what is
going wrong and I was wrong.

OK, next look at dependencies. In the Services applet, on the Dependencies tab,
what other services does DNS Server depend upon? Are they started?

Well checked it and it had one dependencies and i started it and that
still didn't help. when we reboot the server the DNS has to manualy
started even thought it was set for auto
