DNS Forwarding Statement

My company is integrating a new aquisition, and we would like to set up a record in our AD DNS to forward all internal DNS queries for the new company's Internet Domain Name to our ISP's DNS servers for a period of time, and then to the Internal DNS server for the new company once the networks have been integrated. A collegue who has worked with BIND DNS told me this is possible with a "forwarding statement". I cannot find this terminology anywhere in MS documentation. The closest setting or record that I can find is DNS stub zones, which are not possible with W2K.

Can anyone tell me how this "forwarding statement" can be done in W2K?

section properly.
