Hi

I hope someone posts a solution soon! I too having the
same problem as Marsha, 'Service Unavailable - DNS failure
The server is temporarily unable to service your request.
Please try again later.'

I've also checked my providers site, and there are no
problems reported!

Every time I 've launched the browser I get the same
message every time I try to search from address...never
had this problem! :(

Thanks in advance.

I am also have been getting the same problem the last two days. It does it
when I try searches from the address bar, and from the msn.com webpage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run SpyBot S&D and AdAware on your system and see if you have new.net that got loaded. Also look for OOSproxy.exe. This programs can cause DNS problems. The first is for non-approved DNS domains. (i.e .xxx .tech, etc) since there are no root domains for these you end up relying on this company to propely forward DNS queries. The other file is for a site that advertises that it can increase you internet access. Their application can stop you from performing proper DNS lookups.

Hi again,

I am still getting the same message display, even after
deleting the new.net file. : ( I don't have the other
file in the system.

Why is this happening!?!!

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware
