dllhost using 100% processor

Seems that a couple of times per day, all web sites on our
server stop working. When you go to look at the
processes, dllhost is using 100% processor. You can kill
the process, but it doesn't seem that all web page
functions come back, and the only real way to fix it seems
to be to restart the server. This of course is not a
feasible solution, so I'm looking for a starting point.

I believe this may be an issue with IIS, so I'll post this
same question there, but only because I'm not really sure.
