DLLHOST.EXE causes 100% CPU consumption

Since I installed Kazaa I noticed my PC uses 100% CPU whenever I'm online.
It happens a few minutes after I connect to the internet (using broadband
cable). The DLLHOST.EXE image is the biggest CPU consumer. It appears as if
the CPU consumption depends on my activity. Whenever the PC is idle the CPU
consumption grows. Also, I noticed high volumes of outgoing traffic on my
internet connection.
I uninstalled Kazaa but the problem didn't go away.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

Go to http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ and download Stinger then run it to
remove the Welchia worm you have on your system.

Also keep your anti virus prog up to date or if you don't have one, get one.
