Well. Good news is you don't need that DLL. Bad news is that dll
belongs to a known spyware/adware program that you need to remove more
completely. (MyWebSearch)

Get an adware removal program. Adaware is a good one. So is Spybot
Search and Destroy.

If you already have an adware removal program, what is it? Some of them
masquerade as legit, but are in fact spyware.

These include:

Spy Sheriff
NoAdware
