dll Nightmares

After loading Print Shop 12.0, I get a message when I
start up my computer that states this. Cannot locate
file C:\WINDOWS\image.dll. What is this dll and how do I
find one and download it. I check microsoft's website
with no results. Please help

I forgot to mention,If printshop needs this Dll it
should have been included on the CD,try uninstalling it
rebooting and then reinstall print shop.It might have
been a bad install.

The image.dll file is usually associated with spyware. It may just be
coincidental that you installed a graphics program. Remove spyware with
Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. These programs are free, so run them both since
they complement each other. Be sure to update these programs before
running them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in
Safe Mode. Also, be sure you have a current antivirus installed and are
keeping its definitions updated.
