DLL Load Problem

Whenever I reboot or turn off then turn on my machine, I get a Musicmatch DLL
Load Problem as follows: DLL=FileAssoc.dll
Get Last Error () =126
Message-The specified module could not
be found.
How can I fix this?

Uninstall Musicmatch
Reboot
Reinstall Musicmatch

Uninstall/reinstall musicmatch. Another option is contact their tech
support for help with their program.
