Every time I boot my computer - the DLL Cache file in the
Sys 32 directory opens on the desktop. some of the files
are in blue font. What does this mean and how do I
correct the issue?

Thanks,
Jenn

If a folder such as this opens up, it usually means
there is a startup item (check out msconfig / startup)
that is broken or incomplete.
Blue just means the files use NTFS compression. No need
to worry about that.
