When I wanted to configure .avi and .mpg files to open always with DivX I
experienced that windows doesn't show DivX in the "programs to open with"
list. Then I tried browsing and finding the program manually, but still the
DivX wouldn't be listed.. Why?

DivX is a codec for MPEG-4 decoding. You need to include the Divx
*PLAYER* in the install of DivX.
