I have a document in which I have to do my report in thousands i.e. $1000
represents $1,000,000. How do I divide each data cell by 1000 without
individually dividing each cell by 1000?

Enter 1000 in an unused cell.

Copy that cell then select your range of cells to change.

Edit>Paste Special(in place)>Divide>OK>Esc.

Clear the cell with the 1000.

OR if for visual appearance only or printing, custom format the cells to #,
