Dividing by zero

How do I devise a formula that will display a zero when
dividing by zero without getting the error message
#DIV/0#? The original formula is asking Excel to take the
difference of the current goal minus the actual and then
divide it by the achieved goal from the previous year to
give a percentage. Thanks in advance.
