divers for s video out to tv

I have a raedon aTI mobille 9600 graphics card ewith TV out- but it will not
work out to my TV -do I need a driver -what is the problem- ATI say the do
not supply this and to get it from microsoft- generic TV driver-please help
 
If it goes thru the display adapter (ATI),then it uses the reg drivers for
the
card,download ATI drivers/software for it.If it still fails,open device
mgr,locate
the plug,R.click on it,select,update driver.
 
How did you set up the card to output to the tv?
