Distribution of Newsletter

I would like to use Outlook to distribute my newsletter. Setting up a
distribution list is no problem, however, I am not sure how to get outlook
to address each individual separately. To protect my customer's privacy, I
am using the Bcc field to input the distribution list, but this method seems
to only provide a generic and non-personal input into the 'To' field. Does
anyone know how I can send out the newsletter as a distribution, and have
outlook address each recipient?
Thanks, Jack

Use Mail Merge from within Word instead for this.

Tips of the month:
-Backup and Restore
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

Jack:
I use this one and it works great. I have a limit assigned by my
exchange admin. that only allows me to send to 25 people. Using
this add-on to OutLook, it handles limitless recipients and sends
them each an individual note.

It has a compliment program called subscription manager.

How about if I want to distribut the email with the
personal touch in To and addressing the person, but I dont
need an attachment?

Still mail merge; the document will be send as the message, not as an
attachment
