Hi all
Is there a nice way of making a distribution list out of an access database?
I have ~1500 names and emails and I would like to create a neat distribution
list out of them.

P.S. I managed to do it by copy-pasting the emails into the TO... box of
outlook, but I do not think this is the 'neatest' way. After all -that way-
the whole bunch can't be saved as a distribution list and doesn't appear in
the 'contacts' folder either.
Cheers

Export the names to a contact folder that you create for the distribution
list. Depending on the version of Outlook, you can use
File-New-Distribution list. Give it a distinctive name, and under the add
members, use your contact folder you created for the Access contacts.
Select all (click on the first name, hold down the shift key, scroll to the
bottom and click on the last name) and then add them to the DL.
