Distribution Lists Fail To Transfer.

I would like to transfer several Distribution Lists from XP Prof.,
2002 Outlook to VISTA HP, Windows Mail.

The common format that I've tried is csv and it works except for all
but the Distribution Lists.

These DL's are large and it would be a pain to rebuild.

Widows Mail doesn't list pst as an exceptable format.
 
Distribution Lists in Outlook have no counterpart in Windows Mail, so they
cannot be transferred.
