How can I change the fields in the select member list when trying to add
people to my distribution list? I want to create a distribution list with
people in the same company. Is there any way to do this? thanks
 
not sure exactly what you mean, if you are using exchange server, the company
address list comes up as the default, you can change it to your contacts and
pick address from there, or you can add new and just type in an address.
