Distribution list

I would like to send an e-mail out using a distribution list of around 30
people, yet I don't want any of them to see each others name but I do want
each person to see their own name. Is this possible, and if so how do I go
about that?

Put your addresses in the Bcc field or use a mail merge.
 
Use a mail merge instead of a distribution list.
