Distribution list

We are rolling out from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2003
I do not see an option to create a distribution list from an incoming mail
sent to the team.
I can add the sender to the contacts folder, but cannot create a group from
the mail sent to all the team members.
Is there an easy way other than copying into Excel and importing the list
and then creating the group?

First, you should add all the contacts that you want in a distribution list
to your Outlook Contacts. Then click on the drop down arrow next to "new"
and select "Distribution List." You should then create a name for the
distribution list and then choose "Select Members." This should pull up your
contacts and you can choose the people for the distribution list
