Distribution List problems when names are added

Trying to create Dist. list in Outlook. I open a new dist list and then I
Click Select Members. In the Add to distribution list list, right-click, and
then click Paste on the shortcut menu. Once I paste the names, when i click
OK, it tries to find the names and/or make suggestions.

Click New>Distribution List. When the dialog box opens, click Select
Members. Select all the contacts you want added by left-clicking the first
one and then using CTRL-left click to select the remainder. Once they're
all selected, click Members. Click OK, give your DL a name, then click Save
and Close.

If the buttons aren't the same as what you have, next time mention your
Outlook version.
