Distributing .NET Framework without ASP.NET

I'm trying to distribute the .NET framework to client workstations, but
every install is creating a local ASPNET NT account. The sys admins at
the client site are not happy about this. Is there a way to install
the framework without creating a new local account? The workstations
will not be using ASP.NET at all.
