I would like to set the directory for my PST file on a network drive at home
because I frequently need to access outlook from different computers in the
house. However, I would like to create a shadow copy (or replicate the
network based copy) for a laptop so that if I am on the go, I've got the
lastest copy. Then when I return home if that could somehow be replicated
that would be perfect.

I guess I could make the laptop drive "shared" so the other computers can
access it, since it will be there when I am at home.

any thoughts?

thanks

Howdy,

I use these two products to do what you describe...

There are, no doubt, other approaches, but these do work
well:

http://www.synchpst.com/

All the best,

The use of a pst over a network is not supported by MS as it can lead to
corruption of the pst
