Dissappearing Messages After Being Read

Once I read a message from my in-box, it automatically dissappears or is
being auto filed somewhere even though I haven't deleted it. I must have
caused this my accidently changing a setting, because this is a brand new
issue I haven't had before. Email which had been read but not deleted use to
just stay in my in box. Any ideas?

Try View>Arrange By>Current View>Messages instead of Unread Messages.
