I've added contacts, but when I display their information and or view their
e-mail address it shows up as their (Firstname, Lastname) underlined. How do
I get it to display their full e-mail address?

Ex: (e-mail address removed)

When you have questions, post your Outlook version so that someone can
answer you.

I am using Outlook 2000 - the company has an Exchange Server/LDAP Directory

This is what I am trying to do: We have an application that I am setting
up User Accounts manually. These users all exist in our Outlook Global
Address List.
In order to create an account I have to manually look up each user, get
their firstname, lastname, phone number and an SMTP email address.

THE PROBLEM: In order to create a list on paper, for easier data entry, I
have to import the global address list into a Contact List /PAB. When I look
at the contact list, their email address /name is resolved and only shows Ex:
Doe, John (underlined) instead of (e-mail address removed)

Thanks for the help. I hope this was a little more descriptive.

There isn't a good solution for this in Outlook 2000. The best you can do is
try to access the "Email Display As" field for each Contact and reset it
manually to what you want it to show. One way to access this field is to
double click the Email field in the Contact Record and you'll find it in the
resulting dialog box.
