Display When Shutting Down XP Pro.

Hi, Has anyone seen this before? When shutting down or
just restarting Win.XP Pro, for a second or two,during
the usual XP Log off screens, you see the "Program Not
Responding" window along with them. The computer does not
hang but it does take longer now to view web pages i
noticed.Computer seems to be working ok other than that.I
hope it is something that can be easily fixed.Any help

You don't give much information, but here is generic Windows
troubleshooting that may clear up your problems:

1) scan with current antivirus using updated definitions; 2) remove
spyware with tools such as Spybot S&D (www.security.kolla.de) and/or
Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) - note that it is a good idea to do
virus and spyware scans in Safe Mode; 3) delete temporary and Temporary
Internet Files; 4) stop unnecessary services/programs from running at
startup (see www.blackviper.com for a listing of services). After
making sure the computer is clean - does the problem persist? If yes,
then post back with details.
