My father needs a large size screen and fonts to view the
screen. In the control panel I set the screen for 250% (I
think) and it enlarged the windows so much that the bottom
of the windows can't be viewed and there are no scroll
bars. This is preventing us from accessing the options to
reduce the screen size. Help, this is a brand new computer
and now we can't read anything on the bottom half of most
of the control panel windows. What's worse is it is set
that way for all users so I can't figure out how to
restore the original settings.
