Recently updated windows XP home. Now my Toolbars/Window Headers are Classic
grey. In Display window Only recognizes Window Classic (XP disappeared),
Control Panel toolbar id Internet Explorer toolbar. It is like it is half XP
and half Classic. Any advice as how to fix? Not too computer savvy..

None of these worked either. I get pop-ups saying "Themes are disabled" and I
cant get them back on either

Open Services and enable the Themes service...

Start | Run | Type: services.msc | Click OK |
Scroll down to and double click Themes |
Set Start up type to Automatic | Click Apply |
Click the Start button | Click OK | Close Services
