display only certain names in a column or all rows that have that name

If you have your City in a separate column, you can use Autofilter to filter
the list to display only a particular city. You can print from there.

To use Autofilter, click in your database, then select Data,Filter,
Autofilter from the Excel menu. Little arrows will display next to your
column headings. Click the arrow next to City and select the desired city.

You can use autofilter, select the header and do data>autofilter, in the
cities column filter
on the city of your choice and then print
